Grüner Veltliner grown 5km from the Southern Ocean just North of Robe, SA.  Limestone and Sand. Farmed by Anita Goode.
About two-thirds of the fruit was gently foot-trodden and left to soak overnight before being pressed over the top of carefully selected whole-bunches Just covering them to protect them from vagaries of oxygen and the uncertainty of negative space.
