the only black of Savagnin on Limestone in the entire Southern Hemishphere grows at the Southern end of the Coonawarra appelation. Directly pressed and fermented in old 500L oak Foudres. 18 months eleveage and topped on a occasion. Waxy, textured and supremely long. 1380 Bottles produced.
